Motor show & rc car challenge
Join us for our second annual Clean Cut Futures Motor Show & RC Car Challenge! Come join in the fun that feels like a street fair. You'll see a ton of fun, unique cars, trucks, motorcycles, big rigs, low riders, 4x4s and fire trucks. We've got food trucks, and a coffee trailer, yard games and an RC car course as well as dozens of raffle prizes and a 50/50 draw you won't want to miss!

Battle of the badges bbq

Join us for our first annual Battle of the Badges BBQ!
You'll get to see the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office and North Whatcom Fire and Rescue have a playful BBQ competition, plus we'll have fire apparatus, SWAT vehicles, motorcycles and more to explore and ask questions about. We aim to encourage conversations and build trust between our community and first responders in this unique, public event.
Many local businesses have donated items for raffles and give-aways throughout the event AND we'll be serving free food and have activities for the whole family!

First day fresh
This is an event our organization is truly proud of!
Every year, Clean Cut Futures works with local law enforcement agencies and Child Protective Services to choose 25 school-aged kids who were victimized by crime to spend a day preparing for their upcoming school year.
These kids have been through so much, and we recognize that there is pressure that comes for many kids, especially in the form of fitting in and keeping up with school work in an unstable situation. Our program aims to make it just a little easier, even if only the slightest.
Each child is paired with a vetted volunteer who takes them for a one-on-one shopping experience. The kids get lunch and snacks, they get to pick out new outfits and even get their hair done free-of-charge at the JCPenney Salon in the Bellis Fair Mall.
Nearly every store in the mall provides discounts to boost the buying power for these kids.
The annual budget for this event is $8,000, and we rely on donations to bring this joy and feeling of community to these kids.
